It’s time to pick up the clippers.
Barber Boot Camp for Cosmetologists is the only hands-on training built specifically for licensed cosmetologists who are ready to add men’s cuts, fades, and tapers to their menu — without going back to school.
If you’ve been following us for a while, you already know this is real.
You’ve seen the transformations. You’ve watched cosmetologists go from avoiding men’s cuts to being fully booked for fades. You’ve read the testimonials. You know Lu is the real deal.
So what’s stopping you?
If the answer is “I’m not ready yet” or “I’ll go next time” — here’s the truth: the cosmetologists sitting in last weekend’s class said the exact same thing six months ago.
The only difference between you and them? They stopped waiting.

You’re a licensed cosmetologist who wants to add men’s cuts to your services
You’ve been avoiding the clippers out of fear or lack of training
Your male clients are going elsewhere because you don’t feel confident with fades
You’re a new barber who wants a solid foundation from someone who’s been in the chair for 25 years
You’re an instructor looking to sharpen your own technique before teaching it
You’ve watched the videos online and still feel stuck

Classes Fill Fast. Seats Are Limited By Design.
We keep our classes small — 8 to 10 students max — so every attendee gets real hands-on time, real feedback, and real results. That means once a class fills, it’s done.
If you’ve been thinking about coming, now is the time.

Here are answers to common questions.

You might think you need to Go back to school in order to make money cutting men’s haircuts, BUT! That is completely FALSE and here is why… You are licensed to cut hair PERIOD… You can cut men’s cuts as well as women’s haircuts. Both are haircuts. Walk into any Great Clips, Sports Clips, Fantastic Sams, even Floyd’s Barber shop and you will find Cosmetologists cutting men’s hair. On a side note - Cosmetologists should NOT use a razor in many states so please check this rule in your city \ state. Please do not use a razor without the proper training and state licensing. But using clippers falls under your current license in most states.
That’s actually a great place to start. Here’s why: 👉 You don’t have any bad habits to unlearn. 👉 You’re a blank slate—and we’ll give you the right system from day one. Barber Boot Camp was designed with beginners in mind. Our step-by-step system is clear, focused, and easy to follow—even if you’ve barely picked up a pair of clippers. And we don’t just show you how to cut—we explain the why behind every step. That way, you walk away with real confidence, not just repetition. Every student learns at their own pace, but many of our past attendees started exactly where you are—and now they’re faster, cleaner, and far more consistent with their cuts. Don’t just take our word for it—click here to hear their stories. You've got this—and we’ve got you.
Absolutely—and that’s one of the biggest benefits of our system. Inside the course, we give you a step-by-step process designed specifically to help you build speed without sacrificing quality. Even if you’re currently taking over an hour per cut, our proven method helps you reduce time through smart repetition and a structured flow. The truth is: the more you repeat a strong, reliable system, the faster—and more confident—you become. And here’s the best part: Cutting your time from 60 minutes to 30 doesn’t just make your day easier—it doubles your income potential. That’s exactly what happened for Jordan. Watch his story here » So yes—if speed is your struggle, this course was built for you.
You’re not alone—many of our students felt the same way before joining Barber Boot Camp for Cosmetologists. Here’s the problem with random YouTube tutorials: Every barber has their own system, and when you bounce between videos, you’re unknowingly mixing techniques that don’t align. It turns every haircut into a confusing guessing game. Plus, just because someone can cut hair doesn’t mean they know how to teach it effectively. That’s where we’re different. We don’t just show you how—it’s a proven teaching system. Inside this course, we give you two clear, easy-to-follow cutting systems designed to eliminate the guesswork, build your confidence, and speed up your cuts. Many of our students have gone from frustrated and stuck to cutting consistently—and earning more—by following the exact structure we teach. Ready to stop piecing it together and start seeing real results? Join the Boot Camp built to actually teach you.
What are the class hours each day?
Class starts at 10am and ends at 4pm each day
Great question! Both options are part of our 4-level training system designed to help you grow step-by-step. Here’s the key difference: The 3rd day is a smaller, more personalized session—limited to about half the size of the regular class (just 4–5 students). That means more one-on-one attention, more hands-on cutting time, and the opportunity to focus on specific techniques like bald fades or tapering based on your request.
Plus, the 3-day package includes major bonus value:
✅ 1-Year Access to Our Online Package (a $495 value included free) You’ll get on-demand access to: ·
The full classroom presentation ·
5 step-by-step cutting videos ·
The same educator, the same system—so everything aligns and reinforces what you learned in person This is ideal if you want more personalized training, and more reps. If you're serious about mastering your skills, the 3-day experience gives you a strong edge. Ready to take your training to the next level? The 3-day is your fast track. Our barber course comes with a workbook and presentation videos that lay the foundation, interactive online barber videos that re-enforce our system
What should I bring to class? We keep it simple so you can stay focused on learning.
✅ Clippers – If you have your own, bring them.
Don’t have any yet? No problem. Clippers are not required. We provide clipper kits during class so everyone can participate fully. Important: Please hold off on buying new clippers before class. You’ll learn exactly what tools work best in our system—and which ones to avoid (because yes, you can waste good money on bad clippers). We include a special segment on clipper education so you can test different brands, get hands-on feel, and make smart decisions about building your own kit.
Also, bring:
- Comfortable shoes (you’ll be standing and moving)
- A notebook
- A pen
(We’ll provide a full workbook to guide you through class.)
Come ready to learn and leave confident!
